By using any plan, service or product offered by Studio 7 Production LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Products, Services, Plans, and Benefits (collectively, “Services”) offered by Studio 7 Production LLC (“Studio”, “Us” or “Our”). By using, buying, or engaging in any way the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any person acquiring or using the services will be referred from now on as “Customer” or “You”. 1 Definitions 1.1 “Session” means the collection of recording hours booked in continuity Terms & Conditions. 2. Tardiness and Attendance Policies 2.1 The Studio is not responsible for any tardiness incurred by Customer. 2.2 The Studio does not have the obligation to compensate, in any way, any tardiness or absence incurred by the customer. 2.3 If the customer arrives sixty (60) minutes later than the initial time booked for the session, the studio is entitled to cancel the session without refund or compensation. 3. Cancellation & Reschedules policies 3.1 Cancellations & reschedules must be notified at least 36 hours before the session starts. This cancellation or reschedule notification must be done via phone call or in a text message to the phone number in the “Contact us” section of the webpage 4. Occupancy limit per Session 4.1 The Studio has a maximum of 2 people per session 4.2 The Studio reserves the right to deny admission to groups that fail with the occupancy limit. 5 Masters and Recording 5.1 Original Masters and Recordings done during the session belong to Studio 7 Production LLC until released to the customer in a writing contract. 5.2 If the customer fails to pay the session or any agreement with the Studio, then the Studio is entitled to use any and all recordings and masters done during the sessions.
